The IMC05.com web site is highly interactive and updated often. It's advertised and promoted as the main source of info for the event. IMC05.com will also be promoted after the IMC as a follow up, featuring tons of photos and info from the Showcase events, the Immie Awards and more.

Squares: $50.00 (FREE for Registered Artists!)
Static banners: $100.00
Rotating banners: $300.00 (Free with Premiere Vendor table!)
Rotating banners are FREE to all Premiere Vendors!
Major Sponsors get a variety of benefits such as exposure on the IMC web site, Vendor's Table, banner placement etc..
MAJOR SPONSOR OPPORTUNITIES:
Vendor's Tables for exhibitors: $500.00 in Main Expo Room and the Hamilton Room.
Banner Placement at event or venues: $100 per banner
Inserts in conference Goodie Bag: 300 inserts provided+ $75 (FREE for Registered artists!!!) REVISED FOR IMC: Inserts may be pretty much whatever you want to include.
Lit Table: $50.00 per item. Quantity is at your discretion, 300 pieces minimum suggested. Paper flyers and magazines only, no CDs or 3-D items, those must go in the Goodie Bags.
Lit Table/Goodie Bag Combo: $100.00 per item. 500 pieces minimum suggested. (FREE for Registered artists!!!)
