SPONSOR OPPORTUNITIES:

Vendor's Tables for exhibitors: $1000.00 in Main Expo Room and the Hamilton Room.
INCLUDES: Goodie Bag, Banner Placement, Lit Table

Stage Sponsorship: $600.00 Your banner on stage. Special registrations for your bands. Vendor table at the show!

Banner Placement at event or venues: $300 per banner

Inserts in Conference Goodie Bag: 300 inserts provided+ $175 (FREE for Registered artists!!!)

Lit Table: $150.00 per item. Quantity is at your discretion, 300 pieces minimum suggested. Paper flyers and magazines only, no CDs or 3-D items, those must go in the Goodie Bags.

Lit Table/Goodie Bag Combo: $250.00 per item. 500 pieces minimum suggested. (FREE for Registered artists!!!)

BAND TABLE: $40 - Artists, display your CDs and merch, use your table as a networking hub! HIGHLY recommended.
